01What this service is
Powerball Oracle ("we", "us") provides statistical analysis of historical Powerball® draw results and generates number suggestions using mathematical models and AI language models. It is an information and entertainment product only.
We are not a lottery, do not sell lottery tickets, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Powerball, or any state lottery. Powerball draws are random; no strategy, model or "prediction" changes your odds of winning.
02No guarantee of winnings
Every pick, score, streak, backtest or "Oracle" output is provided for informational purposes. We make no representation that any numbers are more likely to be drawn than any others. You are solely responsible for any lottery purchases you choose to make. Never spend more than you can afford to lose.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age to play the lottery where you live, if higher) to buy an Oracle Pass. By purchasing you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
04Oracle Subscription
The Oracle Subscription is a recurring plan that unlocks the prediction, analytics and history features: Monthly — $4.99 per month; Yearly — $49.90 per year. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; if you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. Otherwise your plan starts automatically when the trial ends and renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Only one free trial is offered per account.
You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, update your card or download invoices at any time from "Manage subscription" in your profile (Stripe's secure billing portal). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails we keep your access for a few days while Stripe retries, then access is paused until the payment succeeds.
A subscription requires an account and is tied to it, so you can use it on any device by signing in. One-time passes bought before subscriptions were introduced remain valid until their expiry date. Referral bonus days are promotional, have no cash value and apply after any paid period ends.
05Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. We never see or store your full card number or PayPal credentials. PayPal subscriptions are cancelled from your profile in the app (or from your PayPal account) and PayPal-billed plans cannot be switched or discounted through Stripe's portal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
06Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may not resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service, share a single pass across many users, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms or abuses the service, without refund.
07Availability & third-party data
Draw results and jackpot figures come from public sources (NY State Open Data, powerball.com, state lottery sites) and may be delayed or contain errors — always verify with the official lottery before claiming a prize. AI features depend on third-party model providers and may occasionally be unavailable or fall back to statistical models. We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerball Oracle is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lottery losses, lost winnings or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
09Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
